My name is Stacey Bailey, former wide receiver for the Atlanta Falcons. I am  the co-owner of Infinity Football Academy. Seven other former NFL players and I started this program nine years ago.The program was designed to help educate, train and enhance the skills and talents of young high school and middle school football players. There is no other program like ours in the Atlanta area. We teach the fundamental specifics to each kid’s position.

Our Academy runs from March through the last week of June. We meet with the kids on Sunday afternoons from 2:30 pm to 5pm. This schedule allows each player to continue 100% participation with his school summer workouts. All of our field sessions will be held at the Alpharetta HS football stadium. In the two and half hour workouts we are teaching the kids some of the most basic fundamentals to some of the highest-level skills and techniques that are specifics to their football positions.

Aside from being a fundamentally sound football player, you must also be a smart football player. We not only teach on the field, but we have evening classroom session to help the kids understand the mental aspect of the game. The classroom sessions consist of film study, chalk talks, studying the strengths and weakness of different offenses and defenses etc. We teach the game of football from the inside out. We teach from the mental to physical aspect of the game. Learning the mental aspects of this game will allow your body to utilize its physical talents at its highest level. We believe this type of mental training produces confidence in a football player. This same confidence will cause a player to be sharper, more aggressive, more responsive, and quicker while they are competing. In the heat of battle they will be able to do less thinking and more reacting.

Our program consists of two groups, middle school and high school students. In respect to the different schools represented by the kids involved in our program, we do not teach offense and defensive schemes. Everything taught is directly related to each player’s position. Parents are welcome to sit in on our classroom sessions and get an up close few of our field sessions. We want our parents to get a true feel for what our program is all about.

Every year we schedule four of the classroom sessions before the start of our Sunday field sessions. I highly recommend these sessions to any player who will be enrolling in our spring/summer football academy. These (4) class sessions will help us to evaluate each player’s knowledge of the game. The class sessions  will help us prepare them mentally for what we will be teaching them on the field. They will see kids who started our program as average middle school football players and who are now playing on the collegiate level.

Join us in our first (4) classroom sessions. They will be held each Thursday evening in February from 7:30 pm to 9pm. Our first field event will be a free evaluation camp at the beginning of March followed by our first  2010 infinity football academy field session. Call for remaining dates and cost for class and field sessions. This information will be posted on our website in the near future.

. We look forward to hearing from you and hope that you will be able to join us for what we believe will be an important step in furthering your athletic accomplishments.

Sincerely,

Coach Bailey
